Psychic development classes are terribly important to your development as a psychic. But perhaps by hearing the detailed scenarios from other students who have dedicated the time to journaling, will show you how significant this small but important exercise is and how tightly connected it is to your long term success in connecting to and understanding spirit.

I believe that everyone is born with this gift of intuition and I believe that everyone can possess this power. I also feel that some are just more aware of it then others. It is this awareness, whether we realize it or not, that we build on and allow to grow. It just takes following some basic principles of carefully determining what YOU need to speak to spirit and you're well on your way to a life path of fulfilling your divine purpose here.

I was able to connect with spiritual presence as a young child. I have found one thing in common with a lot of my readings – very often, we already have the answers to the information we're asking. We are really looking for confirmation. We are struggling with that inner voice inside of us. We just need to listen. Those that come upon this awareness later in life, find that they may need to work with it a little more, only because it may not feel as natural to them but psychic development can and is a LEARNED skill.

In offering advice in what to do when you're feeling you don't see or hear spirit the way you want to is to start focusing more on you. Get yourself grounded… center yourself. Focus on meditations until you find one that works! But don't give up. This is and should be your starting point in opening up your mind and spirit. There's really no other way around it. Once you find a meditation that feels soothing to you...STICK WITH IT and have faith that you will connect to the divine...you will hear, see, smell, taste, or feel something, YOU WILL. Those that quite do not...they do not give their guides the opportunity to work with them because of lack of consistency. Guides are not magicians. They have a set of rules and principles they must follow by universal law. Otherwise would we not have anarchy in the cosmos? Even the universe must have boundaries and guidelines which, if respected, open the pathway to spiritual enlightenment.

Separate yourself from negativity, surround yourself with positives…you have to be in the right place mentally to grow. This applies to any area of your life. Motivational books are great because they give you the confidence to trust and have faith in yourself. By the way, if you have not read the book or watched the DVD "The Secret"

go get it! The point is, I do feel we are all capable of having this gift and using it to its full potential. We just need to learn how and to apply it. Not only that, we need to have faith in it and in ourselves to reach our full potential.
